Well, lending in banks are getting more and more restrictive, as I had predicted 2 years ago. In the next 2–5 years, it will not be reverse. We are lucky we still have many other lending solutions other than Banks.

For those who are reading, keep an open mind about other alternative lenders. Don’t just ignore them and think that only banks are legit lenders. We live in a fast changing world and many alternative lenders offer excellent solutions to your lending needs. It is because of the cartel of the banks that they don’t want to change a thing. If they face more and more competition, then it forces them to change, which in the end benefits everyone.
